  • Gluten Free Pie Crust

    You can make this gluten free pie crust ahead of time and freeze it. Whenever you are looking for an easy and quick meal to prepare, you can make this Quiche Lorraine which is ready in about 35 minutes.

    Ingredients

    1 – 1/2 cups GF All Purpose Baking Flour (i.e. Bob’s Red Mill)
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
    4 Tbsp milk

    Preparation

    1. Combine flour and salt, and mix in softened butter using a pastry blender.
    2. Add milk gradually until all ingredients are wet
    3. Sprinkle some gluten free flour on the work area and using rolling pin roll out the dough to the desired size.
    4. Roll the dough halfway on the rolling pin and transfer it to the pie pan.
    5. Make a decorative edge on your pie crust
