Mozzarella Balls | Olives Salami | Cherry Tomatoes Basil Leaves | Italian Dressing Cheese Filled Tortellini Balsamic Reduction
Cook tortellini al dente, drain well, then toss with Italian dressing and let marinate. Next, thread mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes, olives, tortellini and basil leaves on wooden skewers.
Cover the skewers with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Sprinkle with herbs and balsamic reduction just before serving.
