KEY INGREDIENTS

Ground beef | Carrots | Garlic White onion | Fresh Ginger |Eggs Cooked & chilled rice | Frozen peas Butter | Soy sauce | Sesame oil Chili flakes | Green onions

Melt butter in a skillet then add ground beef. Cook for 5-6 minutes until cooked through then transfer to a plate.

 INSTRUCTIONS

Add carrots, onion, garlic and ginger to the skillet followed by salt & pepper. Once soft, move the veg to one side.

Add more butter then on the other side scramble eggs until fluffy.  Once scrambled, mix with the veg.

Add the rice, beef, green peas, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes. Stir to combine. Serve with sliced green onions.
