MAIN INGREDIENTS
Ground Beef
Onion
Tomatoes
Bell Peppers
Kidney Beans
Beef Broth
Tomato Paste
Chili Powder, Paprika & Cumin
STEP ONE
Brown beef in a pan with olive oil. Transfer to plate.
STEP TWO

INSTRUCTIONS
Saute onion & peppers in the pan then add garlic.
Add the beef back to the pot and mix with veg.
STEP FOUR
Add tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato paste & spices
STEP FIVE

INSTRUCTIONS
Add beef stock & bring to boil for around 5 Minutes.
Simmer for one hour before adding the secret ingredient - dark chocolate!
VARIATIONS
This chili recipe is great as a soup too. Just add 2 cups of stock instead of 1 cup.
You can replace beef with ground chicken or turkey
