Olive Oil | Cabbage Kielbasa Sausage | Salt Red Bell Pepper | Onion Carrots | Garlic | Pepper
In a skillet heat some oil and cook sausage for a couple of minutes per side to brown on both sides. Transfer cooked sausage to a plate.
Then cook the vegetables for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the sausage and water. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes covered in foil. Remove the foil and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve warm.
