In a large skillet, melt butter over medium high heat. Add water, diced onion, carrots, garlic, honey, salt, pepper, and thyme and bring to a boil. 

 INSTRUCTIONS

Cover and reduce the heat to medium. Cook until the carrots are tender. Add the peas, cover, and simmer until carrots and peas are tender. Serve warm.
