CHICKEN LIVER AND ONIONS

KEY INGREDIENTS

Chicken livers | onion olive oil | salt | pepper

Heat oil in a large skillet and add onions, salt and pepper. Cook until brown and caramelized (around 15 mins.)

 INSTRUCTIONS

Remove onions and set aside. To the same skillet, add chicken livers, oil, salt and pepper. 

Cook for 2 minutes, flip and cook until browned, about 2 minutes longer. The livers should still be pink inside. Serve on top of the onions.
