Chicken cutlets are coated in parmesan and panko breadcrumbs before being fried till crispy and golden brown - the perfect weeknight meal.

KEY INGREDIENTS

chicken cutlets salt & pepper flour extra virgin olive oil panko breadcrumbs grated parmesan cheese

Season the chicken cutlets. Set out three bowls: flour in one bowl, eggs and water in one and panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese in the third bowl.

 INSTRUCTIONS

Coat each cutlet in the flour, then in the egg, and then in the panko breadcrumbs mix. Shaking off the excess between each bowl.

Heat oil in a skillet. Add the coated chicken, cook for 4 minutes on each side until golden. Serve with your favorite side or salad.
