Coconut Sugar | Eggs Coconut Oil | Orange Juice Gluten-Free Flour | Salt Baking Powder | Baking Soda Vanilla | Orange Zest Cranberries

Beat sugar, eggs and cooled melted coconut oil until well mixed. Add orange juice and continue mixing until well incorporated. Slowly add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt while beating with the mixer on low.

 INSTRUCTIONS

Mix in vanilla extract, then add orange zest and fresh cranberries. Spoon into a prepared muffin tin lined with paper cupcake forms and bake for about 25 minutes.
