Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat oil and cook chicken, without moving, for about 4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through, then set aside. Saute onion and bell pepper until soft.
Add garlic and season with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Stir in the stock and sour cream and place the chicken back in the skillet. Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes. Cook egg noodles according to package directions.
