KEY INGREDIENTS

Chicken Breasts | Garlic Powder Flour | Butter | Olive Oil | Onions Garlic | Mushrooms | Marsala Wine Prosciutto | Chicken Broth | Thyme Heavy Whipping Cream | Parsley Salt | Pepper

Season chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper and garlic powder, and thinly coat them in flour. Cook chicken for about 3 minutes on each side, then remove from skillet.

 INSTRUCTIONS

Add in onion, mushrooms and garlic and cook for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt & pepper. Then, pour in your wine, broth and heavy whipping cream. Add in prosciutto slices and cook for another 10 minutes.

Add cooked chicken back in and sprinkle some fresh parsley and thyme.
