Preheat the oven to 400°

Cook onion until softened Whisk eggs and cream in a bowl

Stir in shredded cheese, diced ham, bell pepper, onions and spices.

Bake egg casserole for 30-35 min.

 Add in other veggies like mushrooms or spinach, or swap the ham for cooked sausage or bacon. I used cheddar cheese, but any shredded cheese will work well.
