Frozen yogurt bark is one of my favorite healthy snacks, and this version is just as delicious as your regular bark but is keto-friendly. Topped with strawberries, chocolate chips, and walnuts, it’s sure to satisfy even the sweetest of teeth!
Strawberries | Walnuts Lily's Baking Chips Cream Cheese | Vanilla Swerve Powdered Sugar Full Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
Using a hand mixer, mix the soft cream cheese and confectioner's sugar. Add in the yogurt and vanilla and mix until slightly fluffy. Pour your yogurt bark mixture into a prepared pan.
Spread it out evenly, add dollops of melted chocolate and swirl it into the bark. Sprinkle with chopped strawberries and walnuts and freeze for at least 3 hours to set.
