These delicious candied pecans are so simple to make! Perfectly sweet and salty they are perfect to enjoy over Christmas.

INGREDIENTS

pecan halves large egg white vanilla extract granulated sugar cinnamon salt

In a large mixing bowl, whisk egg white with water and vanilla until very frothy.

 INSTRUCTIONS

In a separate bowl, whisk  sugar, cinnamon and salt.

Add pecans to egg white mixture and toss until evenly coated. Then add the sugar mixture.

Spread out coated pecans onto a prepared baking sheet & bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Enjoy!
