INSTANT POT  BAKED POTATOES

WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS RECIPE

Quick to make: Ready to enjoy in less than 30 minutes. Simple ingredients: Just potatoes, water and your Instant Pot. Make ahead: Baked potatoes reheat really easily, so make perfect for making ahead.

INGREDIENT NOTES

The best potatoes to use are starchy ones, as these get nice and fluffy in the middle. Russets are my favorite and Yukon Gold will work great too. Avoid waxy potatoes like reds.

Add water to the inner pot of the Instant Pot and place the trivet in it.

 INSTRUCTIONS

Place the potatoes on top of the trivet, close the lid, turn the valve to ‘Sealing’ and cook potatoes on High Pressure for 12 – 15 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes.

When the cooking time is over, naturally release the pressure for 10 minutes and quickly release the remaining pressure.

Once cool, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. You must use the trivet in your Instant Pot. Prick your potatoes with a fork before cooking to avoid bursting.
