INSTANT POT  CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP

Make a comforting and delicious Instant Pot chicken noodle soup in less than 30 minutes. Flavorful and hearty, loaded with chicken, noodles, and vegetables.

KEY INGREDIENTS

onion, carrots & celery garlic, thyme, salt & pepper bone-in chicken thighs chicken broth uncooked pasta

Turn the instant pot on Saute mode and melt butter. Saute onion, carrots and celery for 3 minutes then add garlic. 

 INSTRUCTIONS

Add thyme, salt & pepper. Season the chicken thighs then add to the pot, followed by chicken broth and water.

Close the lid and set to the ‘Soup’ setting for 10 minutes. Once complete do a quick Release. Unlock and remove the chicken thighs from the soup.

Add the noodles to the soup. While they cook, shred the chicken. Then add lemon juice, shredded chicken and parsley to the pot and serve warm.
