Sauté the oil, carrot, onion, garlic and tomato in the instant pot and cook for 5 minutes. Add beans, ham, seasonings, and chicken stock and close the lid. Seal and cook on manual for 15 minutes.
When done press cancel button and let NPR for 10 minutes then QR until all pressure is out. Open lid and serve warm!
