Instant pot pulled pork

Smothered in a sweet and tangy sauce, this homemade instant pot pulled pork is perfect to pile into burgers and serve with your favorite toppings and sides. Be sure to try it in tacos too!

KEY INGREDIENTS

Spice Rub Brown Sugar | Chili Powder Paprika | Ground Mustard Garlic Powder | Onion Powder Cumin | Salt & Pepper

Pulled Pork Boneless Pork Roast | Olive Oil Chicken Stock | BBQ Sauce Apple Cider Vinegar | Liquid Smoke Worcestershire Sauce

Stir together all spice rub ingredients until well combined, then rub onto all sides of the pork. Turn Instant Pot onto saute mode and brown the pork on all sides then transfer to a separate plate.

 INSTRUCTIONS

Pour in chicken stock, BBQ sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire, and liquid smoke. Stir together, then add the pork back in and seal the pot. Cook at high pressure for 60 minutes.

Release pressure and shred pork adding more BBQ sauce as needed. Serve on burger buns!
