Make your own batch of yogurt at home with this easy Instant Pot recipe. Perfectly rich and creamy, this Instant Pot yogurt is so much better than store-bought, just let your pressure cooker do all of the hard work.
Pour milk into the instant pot and close the lid. Press the yogurt button and adjust until it says boil. When done, remove the lid and check the temperature. Lift out the insert and let cool for about an hour. Place the starter in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
Add yogurt starter to milk in Instant Pot. Press the yogurt button and adjust the time to 8 hours. Check if the yogurt is set. Place on a cooling rack for a couple of hours. Place in the fridge for at least 6 hours. Once chilled you can place it in little jars and store for up to two weeks.
