Season chicken on both sides and slice into 1/2” strips. Add the olive oil in a large skillet and cook chicken slices over medium heat for about 10 minutes, turning halfway through, and then set aside on a plate.
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Saute onion, garlic, and peppers. Add sliced zucchini and cook until zucchini is tender. Add in chicken broth and tomato sauce, then stir in the cooked pasta, chicken and prosciutto.
