KEY INGREDIENTS

Chicken Breast | Onion Mushrooms | Garlic Tomatoes | Black Olives Cannellini Beans | Honey Sun-Dried Tomatoes  Olive Oil | Oregano Balsamic Vinegar | Thyme Basil | Salt | Pepper

Heat oil over medium heat, add cubed chicken and cook. Remove chicken. Sauté mushrooms and set aside. Sauté onions and garlic.

 INSTRUCTIONS

Add the diced tomatoes, black olives, sun-dried tomatoes and cannellini beans. Season with oregano, thyme, balsamic vinegar, honey and stir. Add the cooked chicken and mushrooms, stir and cook for 1-2 minutes.
