Fully Cooked Ham Orange Marmalade Dijon Mustard Juice of an Orange
Mix the marmalade, Dijon mustard and orange juice together. Place ham face-down in a foil-lined roasting pan and brush on some of the glaze. Add water to the pan and cover securely with foil or a roasting pan lid.
Bake according to package directions until the internal temperature is about 120-130 F, brushing on more glaze halfway through the baking time. Cover with foil and let rest for 15 minutes before serving.
