Potatoes | Hard-Boiled Eggs Celery | Red Onions | Chives Pickles | Mayonnaise | Paprika Dijon | Apple Cider Vinegar Salt & Pepper
Boil potatoes until tender. Cool with water, peel the skin, and cube the potatoes. Then add to a large bowl.
Mix pickles, mayonnaise, Dijon, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Add the dressing to the cut potatoes and toss gently to coat.
