Shrimp Tacos

So quick and easy to make, these Mexican shrimp tacos are perfect for Cinco de Mayo and Taco Tuesday.

KEY INGREDIENTS

Shrimp | Cumin | Smoked Paprika Garlic Powder | Red Cabbage Avocado | Lime | Cilantro Sour Cream | Mayo | Tortillas Salt | Black Pepper

Whisk together cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper, then add shrimp and toss until it's evenly coated. Heat olive oil and cook the shrimp until opaque.

 INSTRUCTIONS

Whisk the sauce ingredients together, while seasoning with salt and pepper. Then assemble tacos, by layering red cabbage, shrimp, avocado slices, and cilantro over warmed tortillas.

Drizzle with cilantro-lime sauce.
