Red Cabbage | Carrots Green Onions | Fresh Parsley

Olive Oil | Apple Cider Vinegar Honey | Garlic | Salt & Pepper

Apple Cider Vinaigrette

Place shredded cabbage, carrots, and green onions in a large salad bowl and set aside. Whisk together all ingredients for the apple cider vinaigrette until well combined.

 INSTRUCTIONS

Pour dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly. You can taste for seasonings and adjust accordingly. Place slaw in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to chill.

Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve cold.
