Preheat the oven to 450°F. Coat the cauliflower with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Place the cauliflower in parchment covered roasting pans and bake for 25 minutes, turning florets halfway so they are evenly cooked. When done top with the cheese and season how you'd like. Serve warm.
