These delicious and juicy Salisbury steak meatballs with mushroom gravy are great over egg noodles, mashed potatoes or over mashed cauliflower bake. They are made in one skillet and come together in less than 30 minutes.

Mix ground beef, egg yolks, tomato paste, mustard, Worcester, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Then shape meatballs and cook in a buttered skillet for 2 minutes on each side. Remove meatballs once cooked.
Mix beef broth and cornstarch. Add the remaining butter, onion and mushrooms to skillet, and cook for about 3 minutes. Then whisk in beef broth, Worcester, and tomato paste until well combined. Stir in cornstarch mix once the broth is boiling and reduce heat. Add your meatballs back in.
