Shrimp | Sesame Oil | Butter Carrots | White Onion | Garlic Ginger | Eggs | Green Peas Soy Sauce | Green Onions Cooked Rice | Salt & Pepper
Sauté shrimp on each side until translucent and opaque. Transfer to a plate. Sauté carrots, onion, salt & pepper in butter, then add garlic and ginger. Move vegetables to the side, add whisked eggs to the empty side and cook until scrambled.
Mix scrambled eggs with the vegetables, then melt more butter. Immediately add the chilled rice, cooked shrimp, green peas, soy sauce, sesame oil, and stir until combined. Continue stirring for an additional 3 minutes to fry the rice.
