This strawberry spinach salad is tossed with honey balsamic vinaigrette. It’s so delicious and easy to make. It makes for a beautiful and delicious spring salad!
Spinach | Strawberries Red Onion | Pecans Feta Cheese | Honey Balsamic Vinegar | Salt Ground Black Pepper
Cook balsamic vinegar and honey in a small pot over medium-high heat. Boil until it thickens., then add salt and pepper.
Combine the spinach, strawberries, pecans, and red onion slices in a large salad bowl. Sprinkle feta cheese, and drizzle with the balsamic glaze. Toss lightly.
Serve immediately so that the dressing does not cause the spinach to wilt.
