SWEDISH MEATBALLS WITH LINGONBERRY JAM

Ground Beef | Ground Pork Onion | Panko Breadcrumbs Egg | Parsley | Butter | Flour Beef Broth | Heavy Cream Worcestershire Sauce | Dijon Lingonberry Jam
Combine meatball ingredients in a bowl and use a cookie scoop to form and roll meatballs.
Heat olive oil in a skillet then cook, turning continuously until cooked through.
Add butter to skillet and whisk in flour. Mix in broth and heavy cream. Add Worcestershire and Dijon and stir until smooth. Add meatballs to sauce. Serve over mashed potatoes or noodles and top with Lingonberry jam if desired.
