INGREDIENTS

ground beef | taco seasoning | salsa cilantro lime juice | black beans | corn  red onion | avocado | cheddar sour cream | fresh cilantro

Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Sprinkle taco seasoning and salsa over meat. Stir well to incorporate. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.

INSTRUCTIONS

Add cooked rice to each serving bowl. Top with ground beef mixture. Add toppings.

Mix sour cream, salsa, lime juice, and taco seasoning to create a sauce. Drizzle over the sauce and serve warm.
