Butter Carrots, onion, frozen peas green onions Garlic and ginger Large eggs Long grain rice Cubed Cooked Chicken Fish sauce Sesame oil
Melt butter in a skillet. Add carrots, onion, garlic and ginger. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté for 3 – 4 minutes or until soft.
Move the vegetables to one side. Then add eggs to the empty side and cook until scrambled. Once scrambled, mix them with the vegetables in the skillet.
Add butter, then immediately add the rice, cooked chicken, fish sauce, sesame oil, and stir until combined. Continue stirring for 3 minutes to fry the rice.
Remove from heat. Add the sliced green onions and stir until combined. Serve warm.
