Whole Roasted Cauliflower

KEY INGREDIENTS

Cauliflower Head | Olive Oil Garlic | Parmesan Cheese Italian Herb Seasonings Salt | Pepper | Fresh Parsley

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Rinse the cauliflower and pat it dry. Remove the leaves and cut the stem.  In a bowl mix together olive oil, garlic, parmesan, Italian herb seasonings, salt, and pepper.

 INSTRUCTIONS

Place the cauliflower upside down in a cast iron skillet. Drizzle with half of the sauce. Flip it over and add the rest of the sauce. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.  Remove the foil and add parmesan cheese and remaining sauce. Bake for another 10-13 minutes. and then broil until golden brown.
