INGREDIENTS

cooked chicken

diced (I like to use rotisserie chicken)

cup
mayonnaise

celery ribs
,
finely chopped
3
sliced green onions
Juice of 1 lemon

Tablespoon
Dijon mustard

teaspoon
salt

sliced almonds
½ - 1
cup
sliced grapes

dill
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix everything together until well combined.
Let it chill in the fridge until you're ready to serve.
Serve on a slice of bread or croissant as a sandwich, or as a salad.
NOTES
You can use shredded or diced chicken in this recipe, whatever your preference is.
Use a rotisserie chicken or leftover roasted chicken to save on time.
Once mixed, taste for seasoning and adjust to suit your tastes.
Once made, keep covered and refrigerated.
