Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides. Brush salmon with 2/3 of the marinade. If you have time you can let the salmon marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour. If you don't have time, you can skip this step.
Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake at 400 F for about 12 - 14 minutes.
After the salmon is done, brush the salmon fillets with the other 1/3 of the marinade. You can sprinkle some sesame seeds and green onions on top. Serve salmon warm over rice and a side of steamed vegetables.
