Honey Sriracha Salmon is a super easy and healthy recipe that is packed full of flavor. Ready to serve in less than 30 minutes, it's an easy weeknight dinner recipe.
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides. Brush salmon with 2/3 of the honey sriracha glaze.
Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake at 400 F for about 10 -12 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145 F.
After the salmon is done, brush the salmon filets with the other 1/3 of the glaze. You can sprinkle some sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top. Serve warm with your favorite side.
NOTES
Make sure not to overcook the honey sriracha salmon. Use a fork to test it for doneness, it should flake easily. When salmon is over-baked it can become quite dry in texture.
You can swap the honey for maple syrup if you prefer and white wine vinegar can be substituted for apple cider vinegar.
When making the glaze, you can first add less sriracha sauce, taste it and add more if you desire.
Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of your salmon fillets.
