Stir Fry Sauce

  • Heat oil over medium-high heat. Add 3 chopped garlic cloves and 4 chopped jalapeno pepper slices to the skillet and saute for about 30 seconds.
  • Add sliced chicken strips to skillet and saute for about 5-7 minutes or until cooked through while turning chicken to brown on both sides.
  • After chicken is cooked, add sliced strips red bell pepper and onion. Stir well, cover with a lid and saute for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, making sure nothing sticks to the pan. Add a little bit of olive oil if necessary.
  • Add remaining chopped clove garlic and jalapeno peppers to the stir fry and stir.
  • Lastly, pour the stir fry sauce over the chicken and vegetables, and make sure it covers everything as you pour it.
  • Stir and let cook for just about 30 seconds until the sauce starts to thicken. Remove from heat and serve.
