Green Goddess Detox Salad

Green Goddess Detox Salad - avocado, broccoli, cucumber, grapes, cabbage and lemon juice. So light, refreshing and yummy! Very healthy and filling!

  • 1 avocado, divided
  • 1 large cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 head of broccoli, chopped in small florets
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1/4 of cabbage, sliced
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 - 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Mash half avocado with a fork and add lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Toss the first 6 ingredients in a mixing bowl and drizzle with the avocado lemon dressing.
