Add all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Using your hand mix all ingredients until mixture comes together.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll the mixture into 36 1-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet. Bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown, turning them halfway through. Cool for 5 minutes and serve.
NOTES
You can mix the sausage quickly using a hand mixer, or by hand. All of the ingredients should be well combined.
I prefer to oven cook these sausage balls, but you can also fry them in a little oil on the stovetop if you prefer.
