Eggs | Ground Sausage Monterey Jack Cheese | Avocado Tortillas | Smoked Paprika Olive Oil | Tomato | Onion | Lime

First, scramble the eggs, then place them in the middle of the tortillas and season with paprika and salt. Next, cook the sausage over medium high heat, while breaking it up, and divide between the tortillas.

 INSTRUCTIONS

Top with shredded cheese, diced avocado and a drizzle of lime juice, then fold the sides and roll into a burrito. Brown the burritos in olive oil and serve warm or pack for on the go breakfast.
