Eggs | Mayonnaise Mustard | Salt | Pepper Paprika | Fresh Herbs
Place the eggs in a pot and cover with an inch of cool water. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil for 7 minutes. When done remove eggs and put them into some ice water. Peel and slice them in half.
Remove and mash the yolks. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper then mix until smooth. Transfer the filling to a piping bag and fill the egg whites with the mixture. Sprinkle with paprika or herbs as a garnish.
