Simple and easy to make these fried crab cakes are so perfectly crispy and make for a wonderful appetizer. Super quick to prep, every bite is so delicious!
Lump Crab Meat | Mayonnaise Egg | Dijon Mustard | Lemon Worcestershire Sauce | Panko Olive Oil | Old Bay Seasoning Salt | Pepper | Parsley
Combine egg, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire, Old Bay seasoning, salt, pepper, parsley and lemon juice and zest. Then add in crab and panko and gently fold the mixture together.
Shape the mixture into 6 cakes and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to help them set. Then heat the olive oil and cook the crab cakes until golden brown.
ENJOY!
Serve immediately with tartar sauce, remoulade or a squeeze of lemon.
