Dutch Yellow Potatoes Butter | Garlic | Parsley Salt | Black Pepper
Place the potatoes in a pot, cover with cold water and season generously with salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat slightly and simmer until potatoes are fork tender.
Next, drain the potatoes and return to the pot, adding butter, salt and pepper and toss gently until the potatoes are covered with butter.
