HOW TO MAKE THE PERFECT
HARD BOILED EGGS
I believe hard-boiled eggs should be quick & easy to cook. Thanks to this guide you can cook a beautiful creamy egg in only 6-7 minutes.
INGREDIENTS & EQUIPMENT
Use older eggs as they are easier to peel
Place eggs in a large saucepan. Cover them with cool water by 1 inch.
Cover with a lid and bring water to a boil over high heat; then reduce heat to medium-high for 6 – 7 minutes for perfect hard-boiled eggs.
Using a slotted spoon, transfer them to a large bowl with ice-cold water or place them under cool running water to stop the cooking.
