Cook up a batch of instant pot shredded chicken in less than 15 minutes with this recipe. It is quick and easy to prep, juicy, and full of flavor, it’s great to use in many recipes.

KEY INGREDIENTS

chicken stock/broth or water skinless chicken breasts Italian seasoning salt & pepper paprika garlic powder

Add chicken broth to Instant pot and place trivet inside. Season chicken breasts with seasonings and close the lid.

 INSTRUCTIONS

Turn the valve to ‘Sealing’ and pressure cook for 7 minutes on High pressure. Let pressure release naturally, then carefully release the remaining pressure by turning the valve on the Instant pot lid.

When all the pressure is released, open the lid, remove the chicken breasts to a plate and let rest for 5 – 10 minutes. Using two forks, shred the chicken breasts.
