Season the chicken, brush with olive oil and brown on both sides, then set aside and saute the sausage until browned. Set the sausage aside and saute the onion and garlic until translucent.
Next, add in celery and peppers and mix in the tomato, tomato paste, and herbs. Then, stir in the sauces and chicken stock, and bring to a boil. Add the uncooked rice, chicken, and sausage.
Then reduce the heat and simmer, covered, for about 30 minutes. Add the green onions, parsley, lemon juice and shrimp and simmer, for another 15 minutes.
