All you need are eggs, water and ice to make the perfect hard boiled eggs.
Place eggs in a saucepan, and cover with cool water. Bring to a full rolling boil, then reduce the heat to medium-high and set the timer for desired time.

Transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water and let them cool for a few minutes. Then gently crack the shell and roll them on the counter, the shell will fall off easily.
