KEY INGREDIENTS

Chicken Breast | Bacon | Red Onion Mushrooms | Olive Oil | Tomato Red Pepper | Yellow Pepper Green Pepper | Tomato & Basil Sauce Garlic Cloves | White Wine | Thyme Oregano | Salt | Pepper | Basil Leaves

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Brown in olive oil. Add bacon to the same skillet and render until crispy. Transfer to a plate. Add onion, peppers, and mushrooms. Saute until onion is tender. 

 INSTRUCTIONS

Stir in chopped tomato, tomato sauce, white wine, garlic, thyme, oregano, salt, pepper, and chopped basil. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat until it has thickened. Add chicken and bacon back to the sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes, sprinkle with basil, and serve!
