Made with a mix of ground beef, pork or lamb, these Greek meatballs, or keftedes are a simple and easy to make appetizer that’s made for sharing.

KEY INGREDIENTS

Lean Ground Beef | Egg Ground Pork or Lamb | Olive Oil Red Onion | Garlic | Parsley Mint Leaves | Lemon Zest Oregano | Breadcrumbs

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, but be careful not to overmix it. Scoop out some of the mixture and form meatballs with your hands.

 INSTRUCTIONS

Place the meatballs on a prepared baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven for about 20 – 25 minutes, or until cooked through.

ENJOY!

Serve as part of a mezze platter with hummus, tzatziki sauce and vegetable sticks.
