KEY INGREDIENTS

Olive Oil | Stew Meat | Carrots Onion | Red Bell Pepper | Garlic Sweet Hungarian Paprika Tomato Paste | Marsala Wine Beef Stock | Arrowroot Starch Salt  | Black Pepper

Set the Instant Pot to ‘Saute’, heat oil, and brown the beef. Add chopped carrots, onion, bell pepper, and garlic, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Then mix in tomato paste, beef stock, and Marsala wine.

 INSTRUCTIONS

Pressure cook for 15 minutes. Then mix starch with some goulash liquid to create a ‘slurry’ and stir it into the goulash while still hot, making sure to stir constantly until the sauce thickens.

ENJOY!

Serve over mashed potatoes, mashed cauliflower, pasta, or zoodles.
