KEY INGREDIENTS

Salmon | Egg | Dijon Mustard Mayo | Onion | Breadcrumbs Parsley | Lemon Juice Garlic Powder | Olive Oil Salt | Pepper | Lemon Wedges

Mix cooked salmon along with all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Using a ¼ cup measuring cup, portion the salmon mixture and form them into evenly sized patties.

 INSTRUCTIONS

Heat olive oil over medium heat, cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Carefully lift each patty, flip it over and cook until golden and crispy.

Serve patties with tartar sauce and lemon wedges.
